Hi Guys,
Could you help me debug this?

Thank you,

Here is another one with potentially related issue:
https://transloadit.com/assemblies/REDACTED

Hey Sergey,

the problem is that no codec can be found for one of the streams in the file:

Stream #0:2 -> #0:2 (mov_text -> ?)
Encoder (codec none) not found for output stream #0:2

Without having downloaded the file yet - could it be that there are subtitles in the video? If so, we could find a way to get rid of them, but that would mean the encoded video wouldn’t have them. Is this a requirement?

Kind regards,
Tim

Yes getting rid of subs would be ok.

Hi Sergey,

I think the parameter "sn": true should work to ignore any subtitles. If that still causes problems we can also decide to ignore stream 0:2 completely by being explicit about what input streams we want to map into output streams (or not).

But please let me know if sn works for you, should be simpler and more robust (the map option requires knowledge about how input videos are constructed).

Kind regards,
Kevin

This was resolved using this:

      "ffmpeg_stack": "v2.1.0",
      "ffmpeg": {
        "t": "02:00:00",
        "map": [
          "0",
          "-0:d:",
          "-0:s:"
        ]
      }

Thanks for help!

Just for reference, v2.2.3 will do this by default. Ticket can remain closed afaic.
