New Open Source TUS implementation

Hello Tus!

I just wanted to make you aware of a new (and exciting!) open source tus implementation.

It is for TerminusDB - the OSS knowledge graph, but is actually a SWI-Prolog implementation. Read all about it in github.

Would be a very cool addition to the list of implementations.

Btw, huge appreciation for the work you folk do!
