Hi Guys,
Would it be possible to receive email notification when assemblies fail for whatever reason? Our support department would to proactively respond to issues with either uploads or transcoding.

Hey Sergey,
at the moment we only send out emails in case of a user error … like for example an assembly was submitted that contains no assembly instructions.
We will think about opening it up to all other errors as well.

We agreed we’re going to make other errors configurable and opt-in.
We don’t have a shipping date yet though as we have some other things we want to attend to first.
