Converting WMV to MP4

I’ve attempted to convert multiple video file types including flv, mov, etc and all convert but when I attempt to upload and convert a WMV file I receive the following error.

error “INTERNAL_COMMAND_ERROR”
message “One of our commands reported an error.”
reason “FfmpegCommand failed with exit code: 1”

We support wmv, can you give us an assembly id where this failed for you?

sorry currently we can’t support your specific wmv codec format (MSS2).
