Very slow upload, seems to be "waiting"

Hi there, when I upload a just 2MB big image file, compression and upload seems to work fast, but then it waits. For around 40-50 seconds or sometimes even up to 2 minutes. What could be the issue here?

Interesting, when I check the console, I see this:

Any idea how I can see why it’s taking so long?
