is there a way to upload an url , so that transload.it downloads converts and shows the link ?

Hey, thanks for asking. No, but its on our list and will be rolled out. What’s your use case?
well the problem is , i’ve lot’s of avi , … different formats on another server and by this want to save up my bandwidth by encoding on the fly and saving it to the other server.
if possible an ftp server ?

I see. Check out encoding.com, our awesome competitor : ).
They really focus on use cases like yours. We on the other hand focus on user-generated content, so that’s why the url thing is not there yet.
