Hey Kartik,
we changed our deployment quite heavily and unfortunately a wrong encryption key was put on one of the machines.
It seems like you created/encrypted that template just before we changed the encryption key again to the old one, that’s why it does not decode any more. Sorry for the inconvenience there. : /
Was it a big template? Meaning do you want me to recover it for you or can you just type it again as it was very small anyway?
