Hello,
I’d like to be able to upload multiple files in a single form using the jQuery plugin. The catch is that I want to use different templates for the various files. Using the jQuery plugin integration, it instructs you to add a hidden input field that contains the TemplateID you want your uploads to be processed against. This seems to limit us to a single template - is there any way to use multiple templates in a single form? It would be nice if perhaps we could decorate each file input with a custom attribute that contained the template to process against.
At this point that’s not possible without writing a lot of custom JS for this.
However, using our filter robots, you might be able to create a single template that does all your processing. If you could explain more about your use case, I can help explain this in more detail.
Thats exactly what I ended up doing as you can see below. It would be nice to be able to either specify multiple templates (probably a major change), at at least provide more encapsulation on the template side, maybe through nested steps or a template import macro.

Yeah, this is on our feature wishlist for sure. Just hasn’t gained enough priority yet due to the workaround being available. We’ll try to make it happen so.
