the Project is developed with ASP.NET MVC5
When i use (//https://master.tus.io/files/) it is working fine
I try do make every section on Express IIS is Allowed but Nothing going good .

Are you running a Tus server on localhost:43301? If so, which Tus.io implementation are you using for your Tus daemon?
Exactly this is the Problem
I Don’t know to to configure this, after spend hours and days understand the problem come from i don’t have Tus.Io
