I have a template for making thumbnails out of different formats:

“thumb”: { “use”: “:original”, “robot”: “/image/resize”, “format”: “png”, “background”: “none”, “resize\_strategy”: “pad”, “zoom”: false, “width”: 80, “height”: 80

## }

Problem: If i test-it with vector files (eps, svg) the background is white. The vector contains only the art, no background.
If i test-it with .psd file, the result background is transparent.
I attached the test files.

Hi,

Do you also have some assembly ids? That would certainly help us get a better understanding of the failure you are experiencing.

Thanks in advance,

Kevin

Hi,

Sorry but I’m not quite sure what the problem is still. What is the expected result?

If you want to force backgrounds to become transparent you could give our /image/resize bot the parameter: `transparent: "#ffffff"`.

Best,
Kevin
