# SSL for assets

Per: [https://transloadit.com/docs/configuring-the-jquery-plugin](https://transloadit.com/docs/configuring-the-jquery-plugin)

The protocol specific URL for [https://assets.transloadit.com/js/jquery.transloadit2.js](https://assets.transloadit.com/js/jquery.transloadit2.js) is returning an SSL error

Here is the error: [assets.transloadit.com](http://assets.transloadit.com) uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is only valid for the following names:  
\*.cloudfront.net , [cloudfront.net](http://cloudfront.net)

Do you have a suggested alternative?

We moved the plugin to CloudFront but this is causing problems for HTTPS installs ([non-transloadit.com](http://non-transloadit.com) certificate). Reverting. The DNS should only take 60s to propagate so it should already be working again. Sorry for the inconvenience
