Hi,  
Is there an implementation of tus, which allows to refresh or close the browser and still be able to resume the upload when visiting the site again? I guess this is not possible because you can’t select the file from a script without user interaction.

That is a really cool technique. It would be nice for [Uppy](https://uppy.io/examples/) to also use the service worker when activating Golden Retriever.
