# MTV: Failed segmenting job

Kevin, I created this ticket on behalf of MTV.

Could you look into why the following assembly seems to have chocked on the segment step for audio?

I think this might either be an unsupported video codec (`ffmp42` ?), or maybe something with the audio stream was funky.

Hi,

sorry for the unclear communication, we only talked with Robin about this. We were waiting for the re-transcode for this file, if that doesn’t help we’ll try to add support for this codec.
