# Do you provide audio metadata?

I have an app where I extract audio metadata during an upload, like so:

I noticed that you support image and video metadata. Is there (or plans to) support audio metadata?

yes, we’re planning to add meta data extraction for audio.

What’s the timeframe for this to be useful to you?

I’m not in any rush, but it’s good to hear that you’re planning it. Let me know if you have an estimate of when the feature might be available, but please don’t change any plans because of me. In any case, I’ll follow your blog and look for an announcement. Thanks!
